What can you expect from this position?

Reporting to the Director, Portfolio Management, this position is responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision to anticipate and build organizational capability through digital solutions. You will be responsible for the development and communication of a product and portfolio vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with senior leaders, product and project team members and business owners to build an associated product roadmap that defines projects and programs to be successfully executed.

As a people leader and a member of the Information Technology management team, you will collaborate across all levels of the business to identify, recommend and develop digital solutions, innovative strategies, goals and objectives in support of corporate and business unit strategies, goals and objectives.

This is a hybrid role with three office days per week.

This is the role for you, if you have:

• Undergraduate/graduate degree in business/technology or a related discipline with other professional qualifications. MBA, MS, Technology Specialization
• A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in digital solutions, technology leadership, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation
• Demonstrated experience in a senior-level position, showcasing critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership abilities in a change management context
• Valid Ontario Drivers License
• Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
