As we continue to expand, we are excited to announce a newly created position within our finance team. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to support our financial operations and contribute to our continued success.

Role: The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Finance Department, taking responsibility for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budget development, and forecasting. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on financial planning and strategy within the organization.

In this role, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The individual will collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial goals. They will also develop and maintain financial forecasting models to predict future financial trends and assist in strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will conduct variance analysis to compare financial performance with budgeted figures, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement. The position will also involve generating financial reports for senior management, providing clear insights into financial performance and trends. The successful candidate will be expected to recommend process improvements to enhance financial operations and contribute to overall organizational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be key, as the Financial Analyst will provide financial guidance and support for various business initiatives.

Qualifications: The candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and a CPA designation. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling is essential, and experience with financial software is preferred. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
