Work from home Sales and Technicial support Agent for a telecom company selling Internet, TV and home phone services. Rep will be required to answer customer questions via inbound calls, tickets and live chat and submit customer orders as well as provide customer support to diagnose and resolve internet, TV and VOIP home phone related issues.

Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English required. Free internet, TV and phone service available if within the service area while employed by the Company.

Additional Requirements:

· Rep required to provide their own computer to access website, run a live chat session and access the order panel and tools required.

· Computer and internet savvy.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Work schedule is 5:00pm to 9:00pm Monday through Friday.

Work Remotely

· Yes

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: $20.00 per hour
