In this role, you will be responsible for coaching individuals to enhance their personal and professional development, while also helping them achieve their career goals and improve performance. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting coaching sessions, creating personalized development plans, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote aware-winning products that help individuals
• Provide support and guidance to individuals, helping them find solutions tailored to their needs
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on personal and business growth
• Foster a supportive, growth-oriented environment to encourage ongoing learning
• Manage your own time and efforts to maximize earnings and achieve financial goals
• Take initiative to develop new business relationships and nurture existing ones
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development ot continually grow your skill set

What You Bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a passion for coaching
• A coachable attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
• Some experience with social media and online platforms (preferred, but not required)
• A passion for personal development and leadership
• Availability of at least 15 hours per week
• Enthusiasm for learning new concepts and applying them
• Enjoyment of being part of a positively focused, global community
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
