About the role

Nous cherchons un Conseiller, Planification des effectifs, pour notre équipe grandissante!

Notre objectif principal est axé sur la surperformance et la croissance de nos agences et partenaires externes avec lesquels nous cultivons et nourrissons de solides liens daffaires au travers la planification des effectifs de leur centre dappels ventes et service. Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Recueillir, analyser, modéliser et interpréter les données de différentes sources afin de fournir des recommandations en matière de planification des effectifs.
  • Adapter et utiliser des modèles et outils prévisionnels.
  • Produire des analyses structurées et des rapports de performance pertinents selon les secteurs daffaires et les adapter aux intervenants à qui ils sadressent.
  • Soutenir les secteurs daffaires relativement au processus budgétaire.
  • Participer aux initiatives damélioration des systèmes et des processus.
  • Veiller à ce que le cadre de planification des effectifs concorde avec la stratégie de lorganisation.
  • Gérer et créer des plans de capacités pour différents partenaires.
  • Planifier des scénarios hypothétiques et en effectuer lanalyse pour déterminer les retombées et lincidence dinitiatives particulières .
  • Offrir son expertise en planification aux différents groupes impliqués.
  • Communiquer avec les membres du personnel et léquipe de gestion afin de fournir des recommandations aux intervenants appropriés, à la lumière des analyses effectuées .

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Minimum de trois années dexpérience en gestion de projets.
  • Minimum de trois années dexpérience en gestion des effectifs.
  • Capable dinfluencer divers groupes dintervenants et de convertir la stratégie en action
  • Leadership actif aux changements
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et en communication
  • Facilité à la résolution de problèmes et à la prise de décisions
  • Penseur stratégique et na pas peur de remettre en question le statu quo.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et souci du détail
  • Habileté à synthétiser, partager linformation et communication avec impact
  • Esprit dinitiative et capable de travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision
  • Expertise avec Excel & Connaissance du logiciel Nice-WFM ou équivalent
  • Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité dinteragir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
  • Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité davoir lautorisation de travailler au Canada.
