As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Duties

• Lead and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and effective teamwork.
• Manage daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and budgeting.
• Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and track inventory levels.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets.
• Conduct interviews and train new employees on store policies and procedures.
• Maintain an organized store layout that enhances the customer shopping experience.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms for products.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
