Administrative Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist in managing office correspondence and communications
  • Provide customer support by answering inquiries and directing phone calls
  • Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in documents
  • Support office staff with various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative: 2 years (required)

Language:

  • French (required)
