Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform expert dispensing duties, including frame selection and repairs, ensuring patients leave with confidence and style.
  • Share management responsibilities for the optical practice alongside the Optometrist, contributing to thriving operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary of $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Generous monthly profit-sharing, ranging from $2,000-$6,000, rewarding your contributions to our success.

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
