To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What Youll Be Doing As a member Credit Processing Services Independent Business Operations, you will work in a fast-paced back-office operational environment where youll make a meaningful difference in our clients lives. As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration and monitoring of credit facilities, maintaining independent responsibility for the input, monitoring, and escalation of risk elements on complex credit portfolios. You would also be required to ensure productivity standards are achieved and Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. - Relationship Building - Required to respond to clients inquires and requests, providing professional high quality customer service for the assigned portfolio to ensure client satisfaction. You will liase and interact with relationship managers as part of the daily management of your portfolio.
- Client experience - Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service through service excellence principles to meet or exceed the expectations of internal business partners, and ultimately go above and beyond service standards in order to exceed the expectations of our clients.
- Administration & Analytical Thinking - Review draft credit agreements and prepare all security documentation in accordance with clients articles of incorporation. You will also be required to review executed credit agreements and security documentation and escalate all errors/ omissions for correction prior to funding.
- Business Acumen - You will be responsible for managing the credit fulfillment function by providing specialized operational expertise. You will also be required to act independently of the business to ensure ongoing compliance of the terms and conditions of the authorized credit and exercise delegated authority to make decisions as required.
