Sales Professional
OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
