Entry-Level Business Development Representative

Established for 32 years, CDS Boutique is a well-renowned company with a stellar reputation in the market. We proudly sell over 1,000 products in the senior market, all adapted to various levels of autonomy.

As the exclusive Canadian distributor of two advanced interactive gaming projectors, we offer unique products that transform spaces into engaging, interactive experiences. The projectors can project adapted games for seniors onto tabletops, floors, and, with one of the models, even onto walls. These products are specifically designed to enhance cognitive function, mobility, and social interaction for seniors, while also having potential applications in healthcare settings, entertainment centers, waiting rooms, and more.

Role and Responsibilities

By joining our team, youll be part of a company thats revolutionizing engagement for seniors and other markets across Canada.

Identify and engage potential customers in the senior market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals.
• Conduct product demos, attend trade shows, and represent the company at events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge of Obie and BEAM.
• Track customer data and sales progress using Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Support the kids sector or other markets when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree.
• 1-3 years of sales experience with proven success in meeting targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading Webinars.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (Salesforce CRM experience a plus).
• Access to a vehicle and high-speed internet.
• Territory, time and route management experience.
• Ability to spend two to three days on the road and two days at home.
