NUMO Cannabis - Cannabis Budtender (Customer Service & Retail)

NUMO Cannabis is a locally-owned recreational cannabis retailer designed for Edmontonians who lead bustling lifestyles but are continuously on the hunt for new ways to relax and recharge. We champion three basic principles:

NUMO is looking Cannabis Customer Service Representatives (Budtenders) who:

EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILIES

• Be reliable and on-time for all assigned shifts.
• Greet and welcome ALL customers that come into our stores
• Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly & knowledgeable about our products
• Educate customers on cannabis and other cannabis products
• Have a team-first & growth mindset thats focused on learning and education
• Be compliant with all AGLC regulations at all times
• Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
• Conduct proper cash handling procedures such as using floats and being able to take cash in and out of the register
• Contribute to a clean work environment (cleaning displays, sweeping and mopping cleans, and other cleaning tasks)
• Have the ability to manage a point of sale (POS) system
• Champion and embodies company values, internally, and externally
• Contribute towards a safe and healthy work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Able to pass and be certified with SellSafe and QCW (Qualified Cannabis Worker).
• Holds a high school diploma at minimum
• Experience in sales and customer service is an asset
• Able to clearly communicate verbally, virtually & in writing
