Position Summary... The OMNI Department Manager will provide customer service by offering assistance to meet the customers shopping needs. This will be accomplished by contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and Walmart.ca processes directly and through follow-up with OMNI Associates. Préparer laménagement du bureau de la facturation et des CUP, y compris passer en revue le sommaire des commandes dépicerie à venir; le Rapport quotidien des commandes dépicerie; la Confirmation des commandes quotidiennes; lidentification des exceptions de paiement; lidentification des sélections; la détermination de la charge de travail par marchandise; affectation des préposés au traitement des commandes; le remplissage des tableaux blancs dentreposage; la configuration des imprimantes et terminaux portatifs pour les préposés au traitement des commandes. 3. Vérifier les courriels et AMP+ pour connaître les mesures à prendre. 4. Effectuer les cueillettes quotidiennes, au besoin. Accomplir les tâches après le ramassage, comme vider et configurer les postes de service, nettoyer les bacs, maintenir les normes de nettoyage du commerce électronique et sassurer que le bureau de la facturation et des CUP est propre, organisé et prêt pour le lendemain. Il est important de noter que le niveau de propreté de ce poste est semblable à celui dun associé des produits frais. 5. Donner lexemple en accueillant tous les clients de façon polie et courtoise, et aider en faisant la promotion des produits et services, en repérant les marchandises et en prenant des décisions dachat.
