Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell products will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure availability of popular items.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clientele.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
