**What Youll Do:**

- Keep buildings and properties in immaculate condition.

- Perform heavy cleaning tasks such as windows cleaning, power washing and roof de-mossing.

- Undertake routine maintenance responsibilities.

- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in top working condition.

**What Were Looking For:**

- Must be located in the Greater Victoria Region

- Must have prior exterior maintenance/window cleaning experience

- Valid Class 5 Drivers License.

- A smartphone for communication and task management.

- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

- Comfort with heights and working on ladders.

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or similar fields is a bonus, but not mandatory.

- Physically fit and capable of handling a demanding workload.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a clean criminal record.

**Salary and Benefits:**

- Competitive starting pay of $25-$30 per hour, with higher rates based on experience and performance.

- Flexible scheduling options: standard shifts are Monday to Friday, 8 am to around 4 pm, with some weekend opportunities available.
