Responsibilities

  • Co-create dynamic, play-based learning experiences that evolve with childrens interests, curiosity, and developmental needs.
  • Cultivate a responsive and inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore, create, and connect.
  • Engage in open, meaningful communication with children, families, and colleagues, fostering strong relationships and a shared vision for learning.
  • Observe, document, and reflect on childrens growth, adapting approaches to support their individual learning journeys.
  • Maintain seamless communication with families, sharing updates, learning milestones, and important centre information.
  • Track attendance and daily activities, ensuring accurate records and a well-organized learning environment.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team, including infant toddler and special needs professionals, to ensure all children receive the support they need to thrive.
  • Maintain thoughtful documentation to celebrate childrens learning, share insights with families, and guide emergent curriculum planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
