What Youll Do
Fedcap Canada is playing an integral role in transforming Ontarios Employment Services system as the Service System Manager for multiple catchment areas. As a Service Delivery Specialist , you will manage and improve the effectiveness of service delivery through our Service Providers. You will develop strong relationships to ensure Service Providers meet financial, quality, and customer service targets, while also supporting local capacity-building and enhancing best practices.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading the supply and delivery of services through service delivery partners to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Acting as the in-house expert on contract requirements to support Service Providers in delivering exceptional jobseeker experiences.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with Service Providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, financial controls, and customer service expectations.
- Reviewing and monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting Service Providers to optimize service delivery.
- Analyzing local employment market trends and community needs to inform service delivery strategies.
- Maintaining open communication with Service Providers to prevent contractual or relationship conflicts.
- Identifying challenges and gaps in service delivery and executing local projects to enhance employment outcomes.
- Understanding underserved populations and implementing strategies to increase participation and employment success.
- Managing the onboarding process for new Service Providers, ensuring compliance with legislation and funding requirements.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the success of Fedcap Canadas employment services.
Areas of Specialization As part of the Service Delivery Team , you may be asked to focus on a specific community, priority population, or strategic initiative based on emerging community and labour market needs.
Youre a Great Fit for This Role If You Have:
- A Bachelors degree or higher (preferred).
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in procurement and/or program management.
- Experience in partnership and contract management within federal or provincial-funded programs.
- Proven success in managing and developing a Provider network or similar supply chain model.
- Strong understanding of diverse populations and systemic barriers to employment.
Compensation:
$82,000 - $110,000 (CAD)
