POSITION DETAILSBeHome Nursing is looking for professional, caring, and committed Personal Support Workers to join our rapidly growing team. If youre passionate about positively impacting lives and looking for a casual role that offers both flexibility and purpose, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support daily living activities, ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (if applicable).
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with mobility and transfers.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Qualifications:

• Personal Support Worker certification (an asset).
• Experience in home care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities (preferred).
• Knowledge of dementia care or experience with individuals with dementia (an asset).
• Strong communication and patient care skills with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow healthcare professionals instructions.
