Project Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. This role requires effective communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with project goals.

Duties

  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Trello and Visio.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Implement Agile methodologies, including Scrum practices, to enhance team productivity.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Negotiate resources and timelines with internal teams and external partners.
  • Utilize Kanban boards for visual management of tasks and workflow efficiency.
  • Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or related field.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello and Visio.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus but not required.

Pay: $99,298.00-$106,156.00 per year
