Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent Bilingual Incident Response Coordinator (French & English) position with our client, a global leader in workplace safety based in Calgary, AB. As the Alert Management Specialist, you will manage safety incidents efficiently and conscientiously from onset through to resolution. · Full-time | Permanent Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support when an alert is triggered. · Monitor weather and road conditions where customers are working alone to keep them informed of potential issues. · Fluent written & spoken English is required · Fluent/native speaker level in written & spoken French is mandatory · Flexible to work night shift or overtime when exceptionally needed · Strong computer literacy, experience with Teams and Outlook is an asset · Valid First Aid and CPR are an asset ·
