HR Generalist
- Recruitment and Staffing - Including working with hiring manager to identify staffing needs; sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates; coordinate job offers and onboarding processes; and new employee orientation
- Benefits Administration - Including assisting employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes; Collaborate with benefit providers to resolve issues
- Leave Administration
- Policy Enforcement
- HR Compliance - stay informed of labor laws and industry trends and supporting audits and investigations as needed
- Employee relations to include conflict resolutions, conducting employee feedback sessions, and assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives
- HR administration duties to include updating HR records and documentation and assist with HR reporting
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and minimum of three years experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
