We are seeking a motivated Front End Loader Operator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in our sales operations by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bulk Material Loader Operator to join our team for a seasonal position in our aggregate and soil yard. This role requires a highly motivated and self-regulated individual who values cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading client trucks, producing bulk material bags, maintaining yard conditions, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained and operated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load client trucks accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
• Produce Carr caddies, caddy bags, and 50lb bulk material bags.
• Grade the yard to manage water drainage and minimize mud.
• Monitor and manage by-products from the screening operation.
• Clean, fuel, and perform routine maintenance on equipment post-shift.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop, warehouse, and storage containers.
• Support stone order processing when necessary.

Physical & Labor Expectations:

This role involves moderate to heavy physical labor, including but not limited to:

• Shoveling and cleaning loader buckets to prevent material contamination.
• Lifting and loading 50lb bags of soil, mulch, and aggregates into client vehicles.
• Handling and producing caddy bags in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Cleaning and maintaining the screening plant and surrounding areas for safe operation.
• Setting up water pumps and/or digging small ditches for proper water runoff.
• Cleaning aggregate and mulch bins to reduce contamination risks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment (loaders, screening plants, etc.) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures and SOPs.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in other yard operations as needed.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 3 years (preferred)
