Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for deep cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene are met.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or issues that require attention.
• Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within set deadlines.
• Lift heavy objects as needed while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and any concerns that arise during shifts.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and procedures is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
