Tow Truck Dispatcher

We are looking for a dedicated dispatcher/call taker to join our team in person. We are a rapidly growing, Edmonton area based Towing company providing roadside assistance & transport.

Job Description:

- Process incoming calls, outgoing calls, and customer service inquiries.

- Handle high call volumes

- Respond to customer and operator inquiries on the telephone and by email

- Professional attitude

- Dispatch tow trucks based on call volume and towing specifications

Job Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate directions

- Basic computer and data entry skills.

- Must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Ability to multi-task.

- Strong work ethic.

- No Criminal Record

Attendance and punctuality are essential.

This position will vary between 20-30 hours per week.
