Personal Training Manager

Job Summary:
The Personal Training Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through personal training sales, client retention, and trainer-client assignments. This role ensures that personal trainers have a steady flow of clients, maximizes personal training revenue, and helps prevent membership cancellations by providing solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Proactively sell personal training packages to gym members, new sign-ups, and prospects.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase personal training revenue.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Client Management & Retention:
- Assign clients to personal trainers based on goals, experience, and availability.
- Conduct onboarding assessments and consultations for new clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term engagement.
- Implement strategies to prevent membership cancellations by offering training solutions.
Trainer Support & Scheduling:
- Ensure personal trainers have a consistent flow of clients.
- Coordinate schedules to maximize trainer efficiency and availability.
- Track client progress and provide feedback to trainers for improved service.
Administrative & Reporting Duties:
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide weekly/monthly revenue reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates and client retention.
- Work closely with the gyms management team to align personal training sales with overall business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and trainers.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for fitness and wellness.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and prevent cancellations.
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking software is a plus.
