Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Must have great interpersonal skills. Work in the beauty industry a must.- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate leads- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, advertising, and social media- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch strategies- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field- Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google Analytics and social media platforms- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic recommendations- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders- Experience in budgeting and financial management for marketing initiatives- Knowledge of product management principles is a plus
