Barista

Overview:We are seeking a skilled and enthstic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for tea and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including bubble tea and specialty drinks- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences- Operate tea-espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to brew and prepare beverages- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

Pay: $17.20-$21.29 per hour
