Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies. You will play a key role in supporting the installation services offered by our firm.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Team to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate qualified trades to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any challenges.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights on project processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Direct experience in planning and execution of fixture installation in retail environments is required.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as WhatsApp, Excel and Google Drive to track progress and maintain documentation is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
