• Create a welcoming experience: Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage client communications: Handle calls, emails, and in-person interactions with clarity and care.
• Assist with appointments: Schedule, manage, and prioritize client requests to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate client and pet records using our software (AVImark preferred).
• Administrative duties: Help with invoicing, medication refills, prescription management, and more.
• Support the team: Assist with medication administration, pet restraint, and sterilization of surgical equipment.
• Keep things running smoothly: Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment, including pharmacy, treatment areas, and surgery spaces.

------------------------- What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or similar environment.
• Outstanding communication skills: Youre a natural when it comes to connecting with people and animals.
• Calm under pressure: You remain composed and empathetic in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with POS systems (AVImark preferred), as well as Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Physical ability: Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are willing to support your teammates whenever needed.
