Responsibilities

• In collaboration with project management and other teams, lead the development and implementation of content migration frameworks and define timelines, resources, and processes
• Map existing CMS content to Contentful content types, outlining content-specific requirements for the migration execution team
• Collaborate with the client and migration teams to understand business needs, establish timelines, manage sprint schedules, and complete deliverables
• Identify production blockers and coordinate necessary activities to ensure timely and efficient migration of the clients content
• Develop content-related documentation, ensuring all materials are aligned with project goals and milestones
• Operate in an editorial capacity to ensure proper management of context throughout the migration process
• Monitor progress against the migration schedule and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in content strategy, content management, or similar roles with a focus on web migrations
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), with hands-on experience in headless CMS being highly preferred
• Ability to define and map content types, establish migration workflows, and align content strategy with business objectives
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage expectations effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying issues and providing timely resolutions
• Knowledge of agile methodologies or experience working in sprint-based project environments is a plus

This posting includes a good base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations.
