As a Systems Administrator you will work as a part of Information Technology (IT) Voice and Video Solutions team to provide Audio Visual (AV) technical support and customer service for the corporation. You will work closely with various Business Units and internal IT teams to ensure high level system sustainability and customer satisfaction are achieved. Primary duties include:
- Administer Audio Visual systems including system configuration and managing user accounts.
- Create and document existing and new operational processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms Systems and assist as a producer for Teams Live Events/ Town Halls
- Assess boardroom technology upgrades and net new Audio-Visual deployments.
- Research and evaluate emerging AV technologies.
- Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of new boardroom AV technologies.
- Setup and facilitate ad hoc online meeting requests including coaching clients on how to use the technology.
- Manage and ensure the smooth operation of digital display units (DDUs) at various locations.
- A completed 2 year technical diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Working knowledge of AV solutions will be considered an asset.
- Previous experience working with Remedy, Microsoft Teams/ Microsoft Teams Rooms Systems will also be considered assets.
- You have exceptional communication skills and customer focus.
- Success in this position requires excellent technical, analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Applicants must be able to work independently, as well in a team environment.
- A security clearance will be conducted.
