National Serviceability Coordinator
The Role: Rogers Business has an exciting opportunity for a National Serviceability Coordinator, reporting to the Sr Manager, Business Network Delivery. The successful candidate will be accountable for coordinating business operational activities to support our Rogers Business customers.
What You Will Do:
- Facilitate all serviceability and site check activities for internal and external clients, ensuring that each request is handled efficiently and accurately to meet customer expectations and project timelines.
- Foster a better customer experience by providing a one-stop solution for serviceability requirements, streamlining processes to reduce customer effort and enhance satisfaction.
- Work closely with technical operations to ensure the completion of site surveys within the 1 business day interval, coordinating schedules and resources to meet this critical deadline.
- Coordinate complex and bulk site check requests, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring all necessary information is gathered and communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with planning teams to provide the necessary information for build-related activities, ensuring that all project requirements are met and potential issues are addressed proactively.
- Answer and respond to employee and client phone calls, emails, and chatter feeds (@NSR), providing timely and accurate information to support their needs and resolve any issues.
- Provide detailed reporting on serviceability activities, including metrics on performance, completion rates, and any identified issues, to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Complete audits of outstanding site check-related activities, engaging the necessary teams to address any delays or issues and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Be attentive to sales opportunities and improve client engagement by identifying potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and communicating them to the sales team.
- Work with the business field management team to coordinate escalated site visits, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and to the customers satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as required, adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team to achieve overall business objectives.
What Youll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of CBS, ASAT, and Salesforce, with the ability to leverage these tools to manage serviceability activities and support customer needs effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple functions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments, building strong working relationships and fostering a positive team culture.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions, or escalate as required, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Ability to coordinate complex requests while maintaining high work volumes, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio), with the ability to create detailed reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and management staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility to take on other duties or tasks as needed, adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team to achieve overall business objectives.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing a high order fulfillment ability, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
- Provide best-in-class service delivery for our customers, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional results.
