Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage staff, optimize store performance, and create a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive sales management strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising practices are followed.
• Implement administrative processes to maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee performance.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and communication.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
