Smart Home and security Sales consultant

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security protocols and risk management strategies. As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing security systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance the safety and security of our clients assets. Your expertise will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive security plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients security systems and protocols.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities and risks within existing security measures.
• Develop tailored security strategies and recommendations based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with clients to implement effective security solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to client staff on best practices for maintaining security.
• Stay updated on industry trends, threats, and advancements in security technology.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting assessment results and recommended actions.
• Assist in the development of emergency response plans and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security consulting or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential threats.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to security practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,736.00-$79,715.00 per year
