OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Shingler to join Our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing, with the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions. As a Shingler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs using shingles, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Install shingles on roofs according to specifications and building codes.
• Inspect roofs for defects or damage and perform necessary repairs.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed, including carrying materials to job sites.
• Apply caulking and sealants as required to ensure waterproofing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shingler
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to roofing tasks.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
