Sales Representative

Tigris Mechanics Corp, a trusted leader in home energy, is looking for a HVAC Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a HVAC Sales Specialist you will work with a team to generate quality sales leads, follow up on leads and referrals in a timely manner and make sales presentations to prospective customers. The HVAC Sales Specialist will be responsible for making follow-up calls to customers after the installation, price all sales in accordance with company pricing guidelines and complete all work within the expected periods of time.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a 100 % Commission Based Role

What you Will Do as a HVAC Sales Specialist?

Guide residential customers through the sales cycle, including the selection of the right mechanical solutions for their homeConduct in-home assessments for energy rebates and HVAC equipment (training will be provided)Stay up to date on product offerings and available consumer rebatesDevelop sales materials to effectively communicate the product offeringsGenerate customer quotes using sales tools and selection programsMaintaining accurate records through internal reporting systemsRespond to and resolve customer concernsUtilize expert knowledge to guide customers through energy-efficient solutions.Foster and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional service.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.Benefits thatTigris Mechanical Corp Employees Enjoy

Proven experience in, in-home sales, open to training.Previous experience working in the HVAC industry preferredValid G-Class License and access to a reliable vehicleCompletion of post-secondary education in a related field, such as sales or business administration is considered an assetExcellent oral and written communication and organization skillsStrong written and spoken communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquetteOutstanding interpersonal relationship buildingDemonstrated ability to take initiative and stay motivatedDemonstrated ability to handle challenging situations professionally and make quick, effective decisionsWho We are
