We specialize in residential roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance. We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Roofing Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Description: As a Roofing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong customer relationships You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial consultation through until the job signs .

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, door to door referrals, etc.)
• Conduct site visits to assess potential roofing projects and provide accurate estimates
• Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, highlighting our services and value propositions
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure
• Negotiate contracts and ensure pricing is competitive and profitable
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay up to date on roofing products, trends, and competitor offerings
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes (preferred)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

• 100% commission based (with the potential for significant earnings based on performance)
