Sales and Business Development Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and have a proven track record in business development and project management.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationship management systems to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients to showcase our services.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong emphasis on sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • A deep understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape within the industry is preferred.
