JOB PURPOSE

The Environmental Services Coordinator is responsible for performing environmental services duties as well as supervising employees engaged in environmental services duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduation. Must be physically able to work steadily at assigned duties.
• Must have two years of experience.
• Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Good work record.
• Written and spoken competence in English is required.

Demonstrated proficiency verified by testing in:

• Data Entry 4000 KSPH
• Outlook 50%
• Word 50%

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Environmental Services Coordinator is responsible for:

• Preparing work schedules and assigning work
• Receiving and responding to service requests and complaints
• Conducting audits to ensure quality standards are met
• Recording and maintaining operational records and documentation
• Providing employee orientation and training
• Addressing day-to-day operational issues
• Performing the duties of an Environmental Services Worker A or B
