Residential Property Manager

Templeton Properties is seeking a Residential Property Manager who will be tasked with overseeing the efficient management of several residential properties, while leading a team of building managers.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Marketing and advertising for available units.
• Conducting thorough tenant interviews and handling credit checks.
• Setting and negotiating rental rates, and enforcing lease agreements.
• Addressing tenant concerns and conducting inspections of vacated units.
• Overseeing repair and maintenance work orders
• Efficiently managing rent collection, addressing late payments and dealing with RTA files.
• Maintaining meticulous records of income, expenses, leases, complaints, and maintenance activities.

Requirements for this role include:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Property Management
• Understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, essential for effective tenant relations and team leadership.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service, ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
