Project Manager
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Project Manager on a permanent basis in our Innovation team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Canada.

As a Project Manager in our Project Management Office (PMO), youll take charge of diverse projects, guiding them through every phase—from initiation to go-live—while ensuring they meet business objectives, stay on budget, and exceed expectations. What youll do:
- Oversee medium-sized projects or project phases, ensuring alignment with business goals, effective communication, and resource management, while managing scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, monitor inter-project dependencies, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver progress reports and presentations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage vendor selection and compliance, and ensure project success criteria are communicated and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and various levels within the organization to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across all project levels within and outside the organization, including regular status updates and post-implementation handovers.

The Team: You will work closely with Project team members, external vendors, contractors, consultants, and project sponsors and will report into the Program Manager. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation and autonomy.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Project Management & Business Analysis and:
- Have minimum 5 years of relevant, progressively responsible project management experience, including all aspects of project life cycle and execution.
- Have a Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). PMP designation is preferred.
- Have a strong familiarity with project management software such as MS project.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills in order to comfortably present to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Are willing to take initiative and have a strong ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
