Position Overview:

As the Sales & Enrolment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your main goal is to guide leads through our proven sales process — from initial inquiry to scheduled intro class to full enrollment. Youll be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming first impression while also driving membership growth through consistent and effective follow-up. This is a part-time, evening role (5-8 PM), perfect for someone with a sales or customer service background who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and social media
  • Schedule and confirm intro classes and follow up with no-shows
  • Present membership programs confidently and close enrollments
  • Maintain accurate lead and student info in the CRM and billing systems
  • Greet walk-ins, answer phones, and manage front desk check-ins
  • Support intro class preparation (attendance cards, reminders, materials)
  • Assist with basic pro shop sales and student transactions
  • Help reduce cancellations by engaging with at-risk students
  • Contribute to retention strategies by assisting with follow-up campaigns and student communication

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and tasks at once
  • Comfortable using CRM or appointment scheduling tools
  • Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Availability from 5-8 PM on weekdays
