We will be working as quickly as we can to onboard quality, caring new personal trainers to provide top of the line customer service and guarantee results.

We offer very competitive compensation for our trainers, as well as benefits, ongoing training and education, and a flexible schedule. We provide the opportunity for one on one training, small group, and outdoor and offsite events. We offer tools to support you including the AF Workouts app, to help track workouts completed when youre not training your clients, an InBody scanner to demonstrate progress and changes in body composition with the most accurate tool on the market, ongoing training and coaching, continuing education etc. Our entire team works together to support the training staff to ensure you are provided clients to support, train, and help them reach their fitness goals.

The role will be based in our New Hamburg location.

Parking is provided and a car is required.

Responsibilities

Youre responsible for developing personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and needs.

Conduct fitness assessments, including functional movement screens, to track client progress.

Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques to ensure client safety.

Motivate clients to achieve their fitness objectives through encouragement and support,.

Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment is in excellent condition and that your gym remains spotless.

Stay updated on fitness trends and continual education and professional development through certifications and workshops.

Evening availability is a must, early morning availability is an asset.

This is a contract position, you will take home 50% of your PT client sales to start. You will have flexibility to set your own schedule.

We require a valid Personal Training Certification and insurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
