We are accepting highly qualified applicants for a Patient Care Phone Specialist position in our Surrey Sleep Apnea Clinic. Full-time, weekdays 9-5, Saturday availability required

As a Patient Care Phone Specialist at Snore MD, you will be crucial in ensuring exceptional patient experiences while driving new patients into our clinics. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering Centralized inbound patient phone inquiries and providing accurate information regarding Snore MDs medical products and services.
• Educating patients on the benefits and features of our medical products & services.
• Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
• Assisting patients with product selection, order processing, and promptly resolving any issues or concerns.
• Managing and documenting patient interactions in our CRM system.

Snore MD proudly offers:

The Qualifications You Need:

• Ability to commute to Surrey - Guildford Snore MD
• Mature, confident team player with an insatiable drive to perform
• Previous phone experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and understandably.
• Maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanour when addressing patient & doctor needs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A sincere passion for exceptional patient care and building impactful relationships
• Rock solid reliability, strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
