About the job

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for client satisfaction, sales, managing expectation of jobs sold, and following up on estimates. The successful candidate possesses the competencies and aptitude to handle the responsibilities outlined below, combined with a demonstrated ability to multitask, collaborate, and develop creative solutions to complex problems. This position is suited to a motivated individual looking to cultivate a career in the service industry.

Client Satisfaction:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Promote high standards for customer service and safety.

Sales:

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain business relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect for potential clients and business relationships.
• Create client proposals, contracts and recommendations, and estimates that are designed to meet each clients objectives are accurately and appropriately priced.

Managing expectations:

• Following up with staff and/or sub-contractors during projects.
• Frequent drop-ins during projects.
• Touchpoints with clients before, during, and after projects to ensure expectations were met.
• Quality assurance checks

In addition, this position will also include the following responsibilities:

• Perform site inspections/ equipment inspections and document areas of concern.
• Taking pictures, measurements, completing inspection reports.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Digital filing and keeping job folders updated.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Travel within Southern Ontario.
• Hustle hard with cold calls to land new customers—property managers, condo boards, and industrial firms.
• Follow up relentlessly to turn leads into long-term clients.
• Work closely with our team to hit sales goals and grow HCTSs footprint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
