Job Description
The Operations Manager will closely with the General Manager, Manager, and supervisors and 40+ employees.
- Full time, permanent position
- Approx. 40-44 hours per week
- Must have open availability including weekends
Pre-opening Site Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in hiring of new employees
- Assist in setting up location office/filing system/track
- Possible training to happen at other locations
Duties and Responsibilities
- Staffing duties including: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, and firing
- Cash handling duties including: preparation of tills, change fund maintenance, and preparation of deposits
- Customer interaction and auditing of customer experience
- Performing operational paperwork duties including safety, accounting and inventory
- Creating schedules and employee communications
- Maintaining the effective operational feasibility of the center
- Maintaining the highest standard of facility appearance including storage areas and the parking lot
- Coordinate with your General Manager to ensure that all facility maintenance is performed quickly
- Ensuring that:
- Cashiers adhere to correct cash handling procedures and sell effectively
- Track Attendants run races safely, efficiently and professionally
- Mechanics maintain our karts in peak working condition
- All staff are strictly adhering to company policies and providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
● Previous Operations Manager / Store Manager experience preferred.
● High school diploma or post-secondary school degree
● 3+ years of experience in a management role
● Experience with Google Apps including Google Docs and Google Drive
● 5+ years of experience in customer service
The successful candidate will have previous experience in:
- Leading a large team

Pay: $51,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
