OverviewThe Mixology position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about crafting unique and flavorful beverages. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and a deep understanding of various spirits and mixers.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Experiment with new drink recipes and presentation styles to enhance the menu offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations based on their tastes and preferences, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creativity in developing new cocktail recipes and presentations.
• Experience with bartending or mixology is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with patrons.
