Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team at The Grill on location of Bushs Marina. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests while working in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in meal preparation and ensure all food is handled safely and hygienically.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Participate and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 6-9 months

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
