Duties

• Apply spray foam insulation according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the appropriate application methods and materials needed.
• Prepare surfaces for insulation by caulking and sealing gaps as necessary.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for installation tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards.
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in spray foam installation or related construction fields is preferred.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Proficiency in caulking techniques and the ability to build structures as needed.
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in construction and insulation applications.
• Experience with drywall installation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
