Landscape Maintenance Worker

Overview: We are seeking a punctual and reliable maintenance person to join our team. Applicant must be able to do manual labor as this work is physically demanding. As a maintenance person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of our clients properties. High quality work and attention to detail. Clean driving record with at least 3 year driving experience is a must. Pulling and backing up trailers is an asset

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping

- Mowing, trimming, and general upkeep

- Maintain equipment, and tools

- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently

- Maintain gardens and outdoor areas

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities

Qualifications: - Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a bonus - Ability to operate power tools and small equipment effectively - Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices - Excellent problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

• Valid clean driver license (required)
